11 Right of withdrawal

11.1. The Consumer may withdraw from the purchase without justifying the reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the day delivery takes place, regardless of whether the delivery is received by the Consumer or by a third party.

11.2. If the Consumer has purchased multiple goods through a single order and delivery takes place separately, the term begins from the receipt of the last good.

11.3. To exercise this right, the Consumer may use the appropriate function in their private area, if they are a registered user, or send an email to the address customer@qualitysport.com or by registered mail to the Company's address - TOP SPORT SRL A SOCIO UNICO, VAT no. 03775980729, Casamassima (Ba), SS 100 KM 18 c/o Baricentro Lotto 20/B - a communication clearly stating the decision to withdraw from the purchase or the standard withdrawal form referred to in Annex I, Part B, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (provided below).

11.4. In any case, the communication must include: name, surname, address, order number, date of order, date of receipt, description and codes of the products for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised, and the number and copy of the document (tax document or transport document) proving the purchase and in relation to which one intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.

11.5. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

11.6. The Consumer must also return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the day they sent the communication mentioned in the previous point: by shipping the product back to the Company's address: TOP SPORT SRL A SOCIO UNICO, VAT no. 03775980729, Casamassima (Ba), SS 100 KM 18 c/o Baricentro, Torre E1/E2.

11.7. Return costs are borne by the Consumer - for an estimated maximum amount, with reference to orders sent in Italy, of € 50.00 (fifty/00) - as well as the risks of the return.

11.8. If the Consumer withdraws from the Conditions, all payments made to the Company will be refunded, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Company, without undue delay, as well as the costs incurred for using a more expensive payment system (e.g. cash on delivery). Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. If it is not possible to make the refund using the same means of payment, it will be made by bank transfer.

11.9. The product must be returned in its original packaging - with packaging, protective bags, any accessories, any other goods if the product was part of a kit - as well as with any tax documentation, and the Company reserves the right to suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the Consumer proves that they have shipped the product. Furthermore, the product must be in such a state as to allow its resale; therefore: it must not have been used, must not be damaged, must not have been tampered with, original labels must not have been removed, and it must not have been washed. The Company reserves the right to check that the product meets the conditions described herein and all other conditions that may be provided for by law for withdrawal: otherwise, the Company will ship the product back to the Consumer, will not make the refund and will, in addition, charge for any further shipping costs.

11.10. Pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, withdrawal is excluded: if the product is custom-made or clearly personalized (merely by way of example, personalized printing on an item); the supply concerns sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery. The Customer is informed and accepts that some products sold on the Site may fall into these categories.

11.11. It is specified that the right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the Consumer and in no case by the recipient of a gift.

11.12. Returns in person at the Company's headquarters or at the Company's points of sale or those using the Company's brand are not permitted.
