  • appropriate safeguards expressed by the person resident outside the territory of the European Union;
  • binding corporate rules.

6. DATA RETENTION

The personal data collected will be kept for the time necessary for the execution of the contract and for the further period prescribed by regulations having the force of law for the purposes referred to in point 2.a, that is, 10 years from the last record; for 5 years for the purposes referred to in point 2.b, and 2.c (except for withdrawal of consent).

7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In relation to the data provided may ask for the exercise of the following rights: access, cancellation, rectification, limitation of treatment, and opposition to the processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent when the processing is based on consent.

If you believe that a treatment violates the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 can also submit a complaint to the supervisory authority of the member state in which he resides, works or in which occurred the violation.
