Return or Exchange Service

Did you get an item size or number wrong, the product doesn't meet the description, or you simply changed your mind? Don't worry activate the return request.

What do you need to do?

  1. No later than 30 days after receipt of the merchandise, you must make a return request through the "order history and details" section or if you do not have an account, contact us at customer@qualitysport.com , the returns department will contact you to provide you with the waybill
  2. Arrange the product in the package as carefully as possible to protect it in transit, we recommend that you use the same box in which you received your order and along with the product attach this form
  3. Affix the prepaid label provided to the outside of the package and go to a Post Office or Punto Poste for delivery

Once we receive your return request, Quality Sport will confirm within 24 business hours whether it has been accepted, (Saturdays and Sundays are excluded).

How long do you have to wait?

Once your product arrives at our warehouses, it will undergo quality control within three business days. As soon as the quality control is successful, you will be refunded via PayPal or NexiPay if you used the Credit Card payment system. Or you will receive your refund by bank transfer in case of other payment method. We will forward your information to our administration, which will issue the transfer within two business days after the return procedure is closed.

Shipping charges

For both Bank Transfer and Instant Refund returns, you will be refunded the value of your order.

Please note that any COD fees are not refunded.

Size Change 

If you would like to make a size change, please do not hesitate to contact us at customer@qualitysport.com and we will accommodate your request.

Returning an in-store product

Quality Sport offers you the possibility to return products purchased online also in their stores. To do so, you must return the product properly packed in its original packaging, with the original labels, accompanied by its invoice. However, it is not possible to return via online procedure products purchased in stores.

Before proceeding with the refund or shipment of any new order, qualitysport.com reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the returned product. Products without the original box, without original tags or used are not returnable.

International Return Service

You may return your package to us using your local postal service or a courier service. We are based in Italy and currently do not cover the cost of returns for our international customers.

We also strongly recommend that you send it on a traceable service and keep this tracking information so we can follow the package back to our warehouse:

Make sure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions described in our return terms and guidelines.
